Obviously there are complications revolving around this that will not always be the case but in person CPD's are by far the easier method to engage with. Very seldom do I see people properly engage with the 'teams/zoom' meetings at full or even partial capacity.

We have, within the Early Career Architect's Forum at the RSUA, conducted site visits which have been a fantastic method of in depth knowledge sharing - potentially this could be incorporated so that not all engagements are indoors - particularly for those tied to their desks at certain points in their career.
