Broadly the principles are fine, but there is nothing to cover situations where architects are employed by organisations they exclusively work for, for example government bodies or commercial developers.
PII insurance for architects of this type is rather different and it would be good to see this section of the profession explicitly acknowledged.

I think changes should be made to this clause:
The name of the architect in control and management of the architectural work, and that they are regulated by the Architects Registration Board
Registered architects are not always in control of or manage projects, and this is not always required for all projects.
I would propose that this be changed to read:
The name of the person in control and management of the project, details of their suitability for the task and of their professional qualifications and registration body.
